Professional and efficient, honest about the work that needed doing. Cost less than I expected.

I had a broken lock on my garden door, I was therefore unable to open the door, we agreed on a time for the next day and he was right on time, he explained what was required and the price, he was clean and fixed the problem in a very professional manner

So grateful for a really quick response - Andrew came within half an hour of me calling (despite it being non urgent) and did a quick and brilliant job. Thank you!

We called Andrew at The Unlocksmith as the lock in a UPVC patio door had completely jammed. We discussed the problem and Andrew knew immediately what the issue was. He arrived promptly the following morning when promised, opened the door and replaced the locking mechanism, using a universal kit that he had in his van. One visit, no issues, no mess and a very reasonable change. Extremely impressed!

Andrew was very efficient- made sure there was no damage to the property and was really helpful. Would thoroughly recommend him.
