Andrew was very quick to respond to our request. He gave us excellent advice and replaced our lock with care and attention. Andrew had to source a specific lock and make adjustments as it was an old lock. Nothing was too much trouble and work was completed within two hours. Charges were very reasonable with no hidden costs. Highly recommended.

After our front door lock failed for my business, on a Saturday lunchtime, Andrew came out swiftly, and helped resolve the issue. Andrew arrived within 20 minutes as promised, managed to get the door open in no time at all. As the door is coming up for 20 years old it required a few new parts to be ordered. Andrew made the door secure and on arrival of the new parts came and fitted them, realigned the door which now works better than ever. Andrew is a friendly, easy to get along with, knowledgeable locksmith who supplies excellent service
