In the beginning, no issues. But then, he stopped updating me and simply disappeared. In order for me to get any update, I always had to Contac him via email. Both my parents are very elderly, so this job was very important to complete asap. Very poor communication. It seemed he did not care about the job. Also, it also seemed he did not care for my parents/ customer needs. Basically disgusted.

David was polite and professional when he visited, but unfortunately we were ghosted after the visit. He said he would send a quote the next day but it never arrived. We followed up twice over the period of 2-weeks and could see he read the messages but never replied. Disappointing after all the positive ratings

I needed a new washing machine fitted after the John Lewis delivers had decided that it was too fiddly a process for them to complete (the pipe work ran behind another integrated appliance before connecting to the water & waste outlets). The Universal Man had it sorted in just over an hour with no fuss at all. Very pleasant to chat to as well. I’d thoroughly recommend him.

I needed an extremely heavy oak mantal attaching to my wall, and a very heavy bathroom cabinet put up. When we opened the cabinet box it was self assembly which I didn’t realise and he put it together without complaint and swiftly and attached securely to the wall. Polite and professional, will use again for any jobs I need doing

David removed the old shower screen and fitted the new shower screen. He did the work very promptly - the day after I contacted him.
