Charlie was very efficient, professional and informative. The house is old and the area was irregular, he used his expertise to complete an excellent job. Furthermore we required extra tiles due to our error, this meant Charlie needed to come out for a short time on a third day. However he did not charge us for this. We thoroughly recommend Charlie.
