The team arrived on time, worked extremely cleanly and efficiently and explained everything that they did to service my boiler and hot water cylinder. There was a query after they left and they returned immediately to sort it out for us. Highly recommended.

Had a really great experience with the Thermal Heat Co. Seth was really helpful, arrived on time both when he came to assess the problems and when he came to fix them. He was efficient, fixed the faults, and gave me some helpful advice too. The work he did was really good, neat work, no mess, and the new shower, pressure regulator and hammer arrestor are all working perfectly. I'm very happy to recommend Thermal Heat Co. and will definitely go back to them next time I need some plumbing work or their other services.

The work was carried out in a speedy, efficient, tidy and effective manner. The work started within ten days of the quote being received which came on the same day of the survey. Terms and conditions were very clear and well laid out. The operative was very responsive to communication and obviously took pride in his work. Payment was made easy by online card transaction or by bank transfer. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone requiring a new gas boiler installation.

We required a new combi boiler following a gas leak so were without heating and hot water over the weekend. The thermal heat company provided oil filled radiators to use so we weren’t left in the cold and turned up first thing Monday and installed a new boiler. The team were professional and friendly. A great service provided by The Thermal Heat company. Would highly recommend.
