Ashley was excellent. He arrived when he said he would. Fixed the leak and put everything back properly. Was clean, tidy and courteous. And helped with advice on other bits too. Would be happy to recommend.

Ashley fixed our immersion heater, which was no easy job as the old one was stuck and had been for a long time! Happy to say hot water is now flowing again :)

AJ turned up on time and carried out five star work. Even though the job was more difficult than originally planned, he worked with me to find quick effective solutions and came back to carry out the additional work in a timely manner while dealing with a family emergency.
