This was a very professional company, very friendly and knowledgeable about all aspects of the industry. Removing and installing the new equipment took very little time and no mess left afterwards.

Replace existing old system

James carried out a preliminary visit to obtain sufficient details for quoting and explain his reasons and method in a very detailed manner. The quotation was delivered the next day which was suitable and accepted. He supplied the necessary equipment (which was British made and very good quality) and completed the installation 2 days later. Throughout the day he kept me informed in a professional manner. At the end of install he explained the system and demonstrated to my wife and I in a simple to understand way all of the workings, and left the house in a very clean state. Thanks James.

Excellent service in every respect. Quick to respond to initial enquiry. Diagnosed the problems and informed me of the options. Took time to discuss them with me. Provided a very timely quote. Undertook the work quickly. Clean and tidy installation. Explained everything to me throughout. On time, extremely polite and an overall quality service putting the customer first.

Very professional approach to work and James communicated progress of various stages each step of the way. Submission of documentation relating to GDPR/Privacy was excellent. We also embarked on a trial of a new 'Falls monitor' which is going as planned. James was very thorough with keeping areas clean and secure and fully compliant with our Health and safety requirements. Overall.. Excellent. Great value for money and Highly recommended. We will definitely be working with SSN for future servicing, maintenance and any additional installations.
