I had my chimney repointed and it looks like new now. Really pleased with the work, it’s made a huge difference to the look of the house. Everything was done neatly and professionally, and the finish is spot on. Would happily recommend.

Had Solid Roofing and Building out to redo our felt roof and the whole experience was spot on. The workmanship is top quality and you can really see the care that went into it. Everything was explained clearly from start to finish and they left everything tidy afterwards. The roof looks brilliant and I’ve no complaints at all. I originally called about sealing a skylight, but once on the roof wider issues (additional areas needing felt, sagging roof requiring rebuild) became apparent and Andrew was great at providing clear explanation of what needed doing and why. The work was done with minimal disruption to us (e.g. taking rubbish over the top of the house rather than through) and they went above and beyond in helping provide a temporary solution to additional issues we weren’t in a position to fix yet. Really knowledgeable, and work comes with a long guarantee helping provide peace of mind on quality.
