Had an emergency as a result of a shower valve would not turn off, the on/off diverter valve had failed, called Steve, who from the first call was brilliant, arrived when he said stayed in contact through out, he identified the replacement part and where to obtain it, returned as soon as it arrived and fitted it. Perfect service and a really good guy to deal with.

Moved into a new (old) house and needed help to remove some leaks, get the toilet working and replace an electric shower. All this while future renovations are being considered and planned. Steve was quick to respond and provided honest advice. Highly recommend him for any needs.
