Fantastic team and service from The Shutter Shop. I had motorised plantation shutters installed and absolutely love them. Everyone really friendly and helpful and fitting carried out on schedule and to high standard. However, the real test when you are buying an expensive product is also the aftercare. It's now 2 years later and I have had two minor problems with a motor and recently the remote. The team were amazing! Sorted it all really promptly and efficiently. I was already incredibly impressed 2 years ago, and have only become more impressed since. Would absolutely recommend them.

Shutter shop ended up posting us new plugs free of charge even though it didn’t get them anything. I was so appreciative to not just be sold a whole new set of shutters. We have since moved house and I have ordered bespoke shutters for the new house from them as a thank you!

This company was recommend to me via a good friend who had just had shutters fitted. I wanted half my windows covered for privacy & liked the sample as shown. Company local & my request for further information was swiftly answered. Information supplied & visit planned. I was impressed with the service, product & more importantly the price quoted.

Very happy with the supply and fit of plantation shutters and blackout blind. The person measuring up was very knowledgable providing some extremely good guidance that others had not provided which ensured I ordered the most suitable style of shutters for my windows. The fitter was very diligent, making sure the shutters were well fitted and tidied up well. Overall good value for money, would definitely recommend.

We had to call shutter shop to take down and refit the shutters after replacing windows. The shutter shop staff were all great from answering the phone to the physical service which was neat and efficient. Highly recommend their shutters and service

Super friendly team, from the guy who came to measure, to the people picking up the phone in the office and the people installing the shutters, absolute pleasure to deal with. Shutters arrived as expected and was installed perfectly, looks great quality and changes the look of the whole house!
