Can’t fault a thing. From initial contact to Charles coming over and showing us various options. No hard sales pitch - just information. To us ordering and Charles then back for the fitting. Shuttershack kept us informed on timescales and they were spot on when they thought they’d be fitting our beautiful new shutters! Although the shutters may darken the room a little, they make it look much brighter too! We picked white shutters and they actually brighten the rooms up :) Very happy and would 100% recommend.

Charles and the team were very helpful and informative, from measuring up to fitting they called as soon as the shutters were ready to install and were on time, professional and tidy. The shutters have made the house look really smart and in always getting envious comments from friends and neighbours. The blackout blind option has been a fantastic for a shift worker like myself, completely dark in the room even during very bright sunlight. Fully recommend.

We spoke to the ShutterShack about getting shutters fitted in our living room bay window and patio doors. The job was quite tricky due to the window and door layout, but we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. The shutters are absolutely beautiful, and all our friends are asking where we got them.
