10 Full garden revamp

Secret Garden recently excavated my garden removing trees and laying new turf. I was given a morning brief as to what the plan was for each day ahead followed by an evening debrief - the communication was fantastic. Secret Garden turned up when the were supposed to and on time and left the work area and surrounding areas clean and tidy each time they left. Arron and the team did an amazing job - block paving our large, very sloped drive, building retaining walling throughout the property, installing a new fence, and creating a new patio area. Turned up at the agreed time and date for both the quote/project. Pricing was extremely reasonable compared to other quotes we received. We carried out some of the ground work ourself which wasn't an issue as they were more than happy to pick up any slack left by us. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. We cannot fault it. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The site was kept very clean and tidy and always left every day in a good condition. Everything was checked as we went along and any changes agreed before they were made. Arron and his team did an outstanding job. They replaced my old decking with new decking, and it's very well designed and well built. I'm impressed. They answered all my questions very thoroughly and were always helpful. They also turned up bang on time in the mornings.
