  I was very impressed with the way that Sam's team worked. Once the roof tiles were removed for the initial job it became apparent that there was further work required. By that afternoon the scaffolding was in place & all the materials were on site. The team who came the following day worked extremely hard all day to complete the work. All work was completed to a high standard, everyone I met was polite & kept me informed, verbally & with photos of what was happening on the roof. Everything was quickly cleaned away & the scaffolding was taken down on the Monday. A job well done.

  The work was carried out efficiently and with consideration. I was kept informed and shown pictures and videos of the sate of the roof before, during and after all stages of the work It was the first time I had experienced major house problems and I was kept informed and reassured at all times. Since the work was completed I have listened to the frequent rain with a smile on my face.
