A gem of a company - Mark & his team squeezed in my emergency roof repairs a few days after quoting. Mark and all hoods employees are totally and utterly, reliable, honest and skilled tradespeople. I have used them a few times over the past 25 years of owning this house and, on every single occasion I have needed some roof work doing the response, job analysis, planning arrangements and work completion has been outstanding. We needed a brand new roof, replacement uprights, insulation, chimney removal and membrane. The team were great, no pressure to sign or use them, everything explained, done in the time frame agreed.
