Came to look and gave a very reasonable quote. Returned the following week to do the small job and completed this although we were not in. roof was in a poor state plus gutters were blocked or broken. Ridge tiles had lost most of there cement. Norman pointed out all items that needed doing and gave a sensible quote that we accepted. Work carried out quickly and on time. Also took pictures of chimney that also needed repairing. Carried out a temporary repair to minimise the risk of a leak in the short term. Very happy with the whole experience, and the job was completed as per the quote. The staff ensured I was kept informed as the work progressed, and they cleared up once the job was finished.
