Thermo Flow were able to fix my plumbing problem within 2 days of me phoning . Alex sorted the problem easily within 2 hours , he made a good neat job of the new pipe work and taps . Then he cleared up and hoovered about . Alex does enjoy a well made cup of tea 😊. A great company and Cindy is very conscientious and helpful too.

Annual service carried out in the usual very professional way. Reliable, efficient service as always.

Had a leaking main stopcock in the kitchen. One of the team came out and replaced. Little bit challenging due to positioning behind a kitchen unit and that the main stopcock in the garden didn’t close fully so completed the replacement whilst water was still coming out. Did a great job👍
