Excellent experience. It all went smoothly throughout. Samuel suggested various options, including pointing out where we could reduce costs. A thorough, efficient job done at a rapid pace, finishing well within one day (and not needing the second day that was booked in reserve). Left everything miraculously tidy.

Sam did a fantastic job topping up the insulation in my loft and building a platform for storage. Great communication, super professional and left the place neat and tidy, my carpet has never looked better since he hoovered! Noticeable difference in heat retention in the house too, 10/10

We had an uninsulated eaves space behind our bathroom and bedroom in our chalet bungalow which made the bathroom very cold. Sam insulated the floor and wall in what is a very low, narrow space and also patched the roofing felt where there were holes. He was really polite and helpful and he cleared up beautifully after completing the work. I can't recommend him highly enough and I've already booked him for the next job!

Following a survey for a re-mortgage of our property, we were informed that the close cell foam that had been applied to the roof must be removed before the re-mortgage would be granted. We contacted a number of companies who advertised this service and based on availability and price chose Thermic Homes. We are very happy with the result, the team were polite, efficient, and effective, carrying out the task in the time and cost quoted.

We required urgent removal of Open Cell Spray insulation from the underside of the roof in my late father's house, identified on buyer's survey during the sale process. Thermic Homes did everything to make a stressful process very easy... I found the team to be Responsive, Efficient, Trustworthy and the job they did removing the foam was Excellent. The Surveyor had no problem signing it off for the buyers mortgage company and the sale is now proceeding to completion. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Thermic...their cleaning up is legendary...the house was spotless and all rubbish taken away too!!
