  Promptly provided a quote and excellent communication letting us know when the windows became available and when he'd come round to fit them. Happy with the end result and a really nice guy to boot.

From being the first to promptly reply to my initial request to providing the best quote, carrying out the work & generally providing a service above & beyond. His affable, relaxed nature is accompanied by his expertise in his trade.   Great Service from Start to Finish

  Mark from Thermal Glazing got in touch after my call out to Checkatrade. He did a minor repair to make the door work again. He advised me and showed me that the door was in such a state. a new door would be advisable. The door had deteriorated over time. We decided there and then to proceed with a new front door. The work was undertaken efficiently and professionally. Although it was not an easy installation due to unevenness of the surroundings. Mark did a brilliant job leaving the area clean after finishing. Would pleased with the outcome and highly recommended.

  UPVC Window repairs

  High quality service delivered at a competitive price. Mark identified and fixed a number of issues with failing seals on my windows actually leaving them in a better state, I believe, than when they were originally installed. Good craftsmanship and took the time to do an outstanding job. Friendly, knowledgeable, would definitely recommend.
