Unfortunately doing the installation a water pipe got a leak and our boiler pressure went down we rang Stuart up he came straight away we found the leak early he tried to get a plumber but his plumber wasn’t available so we had no hot water or heating for a couple of days but he kept in touch even came and tried to stem the leak with filler until plumber came so he really did try and help till plumber came all done now Stuart went above and beyond and now heating and water back on the house is really toasty so thank you for the great job Vicky and Simon fleetwood

New loft insulation looks fabulous and I am hoping to save money on my energy now

I have rated a 9 and not a 10 is because time will tell if my condensation problems are gone. Stuart and the young lad have done a great job removing so much lagging from the loft. Previously I had a new roof put on and due to the roof now keeping out the unwanted elements it has been causing condensation problems. I now have the legal requirement for loft insulation so hopefully problems gone. Stuart of course advised that the condensation was due to having too much insulation not allowing air circulation I am feeling confident that the problem is now resolved. Thanks lads
