Exterior cleaning of all windows and patio door after 3 months of neighbour's building works took their toll.
Xiarah was a delight to deal with in setting up the appointment. She was flexible and patient. I had to coordinate access for neighbour's builders on same day and their plans kept changing.
On the day, I was kept updated on Aaron's eta, which was very helpful.
