  Poor experience from start through to after sales

  Follow up on previous review. Resin is losing colour just 8 weeks on eventually someone came out to spray it. Colour came back for a few days now white coming through the red colour worse than ever. Unable to make contact with anyone. Call get cut off to directors and office. Don't return messages and delete any comments on social media that complain about their work. Been chasing for receipts for payments and the written guarantee of their work but none forthcoming.

  Poor service

  Poor experience from day one. Groundworker they use totally messed up their job leaving a mess that needed a different team to come out. Ran short of material. Full of promises that never fulfilled. Left chasing for them to come out to repair resin. Won't answer phone as recognise my number. Take down my negative comment on social media leaving only positive comments. Thereby making everyone think they are wonderful. It's been 8 weeks since they started job and still chasing them. Had promise yet again from Kyle one of directors that the be out today between 9 and 10 but no show. Avoid
