I cannot speak highly enough about David and his team. From our initial meeting with David he advised and highlighted areas that we might need to take into consideration before going ahead. The project raised many problems all dealt with professionally and we were consulted every step of the way to ensure it was how we wanted it all to look. Nothing was left to chance even down to ensuring that spot lights were evenly placed outside. Every day the site was left tidy and safe.

David and the team were extremely reliable with excellent communication. Everything looks amazing and just as we wanted. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

David from the Rennovation Company was outstanding - highly professional and detail oriented, very knowledgeable on regulations/standards, clear communication, network of tradesmen, superb standard of work, completely reliable, personable and trustworthy. We were so delighted that we have used him for multiple subsequent jobs. The job comprised knocking through an exterior wall to connect two different parts of the house and fitting out as a modern utility room, with underfloor heating, plumbed in appliances, new electrics and bespoke cupboards. I can highly recommend The Renovation Company. We wanted a complete renovation of our holiday cottage. We got 3 quotes from different companies. The Renovation Company were the only company to complete a detailed and fully costed quotation that broke down every job with a specific cost to it. David (the owner of the Renovation Company) is friendly, approachable but above all, highly committed to delivering the best workmanship. Communication throughout the whole project was exceptional. The end result is above expectation and finished exactly on time as promised!

The back garden to our house was a mix of different levels, and concrete areas with large & high steps up to our kitchen, we had an idea of what we wanted and after discussing with David agreed on decking and a patio with some raised beds. The new garden is amazing with neighbours commenting on how it has completely transformed our home. David was able to advise us on options for decking composite vs wood and style if patio to have. We are thrilled and highly recommend David and his team
