Job location: S35This company was better than expected Honestly very efficient clean and professional Finished a day early Was not the highest or lowest price Didn't take any deposit or cash up front we just paid the supplier direct for materials Came on time and every day

Hi I'm Calum Cottam a External render specialist and plasterer based in Rotherham.
I have over 22 years experience in these trades and come very highly qualified and experienced with a knowledge of almost every external wall insulation system renders and plastering.
My 4 main trades that prefer to stick to are as follows.
External wall insulation and rendering
Plastering
Pointing
Damp proofing
But also come very skilled at most trades in the renovation game.
I do not do gas or electric works under any circumstances.
I am friendly and honest I see you as people who probably take a long time to save for my services so I try my upmost to supply the highest standard of works for an affordable cost at all times.
I am clean tidy and very respectful.
I never take UPFRONT DEPOSITS!
ALL MY WORKS COME WITH A WRITTEN CONTRACT WITH DESCRIPTIONS OF WORKS AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
I normally work alone with help when needed I find working alone makes sure i oversee every aspect of every job so can ensure quality corner to corner.
I own all my own equipment keeping hire cost at normally no cost to the client.
I am also very punctual I turn up on time and only do one job at a time to ensure that I don't have to miss days on YOUR! project.
