Unfortunately my experience does not reflect other reviews, I went with this company based on the positive reviews and unfortunately regret it. I totally understand unexpected events do happen however the removal van (which incidentally was a panel van and not a Luton van as described) arrived 2.5 hours late The removal people I must say were very polite and nice , 1 appeared to be knowledgeable and hard working, the other although a nice guy didn’t appear interested which made the move disorganised It was probably a one off bad day for the firm but my experience was poor

Richie and Victorious provided a truly outstanding removal service. The job was by no means easy (antique furniture + four flights of stairs) but they tackled it with good humour and at pace. The price was extremely competitive: I’d honestly recommend them without caveat or reservation: I’ll definitely use them again!
