  Marcus was a lovely fella who explained what was going to happen, then got in with it. It only took 45 minutes to do and was a great job. Our carpet has seen better days and was in need of a thorough clean, and Marcus did a great job.

  This was 100% positive. Marcus was professional, friendly and did an amazing job. My 78 year old mother was reassured by him and was over the moon with the results.
