I have taken a different approach to glazing after working for many different companies for the last 20 years and seeing how they treated their customers.

Inviting somebody into your house can be daunting. I wanted to create an environment where the customer feels at ease with me being in their home without any outdated pressure sales techniques

I am a certified surveyor and installer meaning that the work will be carried out by myself and not subcontracted to an installer you have never met. This gives you confidence regarding the workmanship and also that there will be no hidden costs added along the way.

My advertising source is customer recommendations. I take pride in my work and get a sense of achievement out of the positive responses from my customers. I will not leave a job until the customer is completely happy with the outcome and feels happy with the way that I respected them and their property.

I start a job and finish the project before I move onto the next one. I have no expensive overheads meaning each job is started and finished promptly.
