  Cistern constantly filling, shut off valve failed!

  This happened quickly and I was unable to isolate the water supply. Managed to prevent major leaking but it was only a matter of time before this was would become a catastrophe. Having called 5 plumbers and got no sympathy to my situation, I luckily got Gareth. He listened to me and understood the stressful situation I was in. I sent him pictures he asked for so he could confirm parts etc, he told me a time and was there as agreed and saved the day! He came after his appointments as I was clearly in a state. This was top quality customer service. I won’t use anyone else now!

  Gareth was super friendly and helpful when discussing initial scope as well as specification to select. Communication was 10/10 and he made the whole process stress free. The quality of work and pricing was spot on, Gareth delivered a high quality outcome at an affordable price for us new house owners with limited budget. Gareth was also super flexible with our timescale and we felt no pressure or rush. We decided to take the tiling on ourselves and worked collaboratively with Gareth from start to finish.   Supply and fitting an electric shower
