Ben was an amazing young guy very professional transparent and clear. I order a new shower and he went and picked it up came back and fitted it. From start to finish took around 3 hrs. Will most definitely be adding to my contacts

TRULY OUTSTANDING SERVICE. Ben was highly professional, knowledgeable, offering know how and tips all way through. Unfortunately we had a leak and our flat was renovated badly back in the day by the previous owner and has been causing problems in the last few years...As a result we had 3 different plumbers and can honestly say The Plumber with Ben has been truly the best. Don't be deceived by his young looks! Ben responded and operated like someone who has been in the trade for decades (and even better). He offered advice, took us through the options patiently and offered advice all along.

Ben was a nice man, explained everything in easy terms, price as always is a shock to the system but not his fault, hopefully can get the job done quickly tomorrow.

Very easy to make an appointment at a reasonable price. Ben arrived on time. He was very friendly and took good care of the property as well as the task at hand, ensuring that all areas were monitored to identify the potential source of the problem.

Connor arrived on time, assessed and explained clearly what work was required. He provided a quotation for the labour and materials which I was happy to accept and pay for before he started the repair. I am very happy with the quality of work and have no hesitation in recommending The Plumber.
