Never gone through Checkatrade before but so glad I did. Elliot came for initial meet and lovely friendly guy who ran through all available options with me clearly (also had someone with him training and rang before visit to make sure I was ok with this which I thought ws a nice touch) Went ahead with what needed to be done to fix the leak on showerplate with a new one which was fitted by Ben lovely guy who made sure to keep me updated with what he was doing throughout the day. Really pleased with service provided by this company and to Jack who answered all questions I had out of office hours

My experience from my initial contact with The Plumbers to our job completion has been excellent. Jack oversaw and answered all my many questions, excellent communication from all plumbers 👌 Connor was fantastic with the initial assessment and came on the day to instal but had to leave due to his personal family emergency 😂. So Elliot came in promptly in less than an hour to do the installation. We now have a solid, powerful shower and pump expertly installed. Now for the first time in many years, bath time was a breeze with my son 😁. I fully recommend their services 👌. 5 Stars 🤩

Ben had fixed the water leak in the bath and applied the sealant. He explained the issues cleary and done a good job. The whole process of scheduling the work with plumber. Co. UK is quite straightforward. I have no hesitation to use their service again

My whole experience with The Plumber was excellent. Got back to me quickly after my initial enquiry, a good booking platform. Let me know when my workman would arrive, and he arrived exactly on time. Ben, who carried out the work, was very professional and courteous, explaining every step of what was quite a long job. Did a great job and tidied away too. Will use these guys again and would recommend.
