Steve was punctual with all communications and arrival times. He was very friendly, personable and able to put my mind at rest. I was confident in his ability to carry out the job. He was respectful and remembered that I had pets which needed to be kept safe. I've not experienced this quality of service often from tradesmen. He updated me with what he was doing. Steve was very efficient and completed the job to a very high standard. He was considerate and cleaned up as he went. I would highly recommend him and would definitely have him back next time I am in need of a plumber.

Needed complicated update of our outdated central heating and hot water which had finally given out in deep winter. Steve and team to the rescue with a complete refit of supply (new boiler) and plumbing routings. Remained calm and very competent throughout all the issues involved, and problem completely solved. Would very much recommend as experienced and reliable heating engineer with excellent communication skills.
