Upon reaching out, Giz came to the house on the same day and carried out a thorough search. He then put all the necessary measures in place to treat the problem and explained what he was doing. He was reachable throughout the process and came back to do another assessment and complete the job. I’d highly recommend if you need someone to take care of any rodents problems.

Giz was able to come round very quickly. He assessed potential entry points, and gave good advice on how to secure them. He laid down plenty of poison in a number of places…. and returned in two weeks to assess impact. The bait had been devoured by the rats, who were wiped out. Hopefully some of the points of access have been dealt with, so fingers crossed… no more rats. Giz was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and his rates were very reasonable. He offered follow up if needed, including more poison. Would recommend!
