Very quick response and came out to remove the wasps nest within an hour. Fantastic service. Would definitely call out again but won’t have to as he killed the nest!

I was able to get in contact with Giz to investigate an horrid smell in my flat. He was extremely respectful when entering my property. He did thorough checks throughout the house and gave me amazing advice for protecting my flat from rodents. He identified the problem, a rodent died inside my chimney. He also gave me solid advice on how to fully rodent proof my flat. He also didn’t want to over charge me which I appropriated so much. Respectful and lovely, polite and very helpful with advising me on how to deal with the deceased rodent. 100% recommend!!

Had issue with rats within wall. Gzim was excellent, called back immediately and gave some initial thoughts over the phone. We found a time for a first visit which suited easily and he turned up bang on time for both visits. Issue has been addressed like he said it would be.
