  Friendly and professional throughout and didn’t give up until he found and disposed of a hidden, second nest in a very difficult to access part of the loft. Responded very quickly to my initial enquiry and was able to come the next day.

  Super fast communication, clear quotes, came out super fast and attended by putting boxes out in various locations, due another visit to see where we are with this and will top up bait and reposition boxes accordingly. Very efficient and great communication.

  All very good. Clear and quick communication. They were able to come out on Saturday for me because I was busy during the week. They found the problem (rats), left poison, and now the noises in my attic have stopped. They came back 2 weeks after to check everything was ok.
