Excellent guys very pleased with them

The service to lay some traps etc and i believe to add a bit of mesh over one opening cost £200 but has failed to actually prevent mice coming into the home. I've tried reaching out to them and they've ignored my messages. Really disappointed and its clear they were clearly more interested in getting paid than doing a good job for my elderly parents. Supremely disappointed.

Really polite and knowledgeable. Kept in touch and liaised with my tenant, providing further advice. Very accommodating and arranged to attend the property within 72 hours.

I had evidence of mice in the loft and under the kitchen cupboard and rang Vinny for help and advice. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and talked me through everything he needed to do to ensure the mice were eradicated quickly. Marley came at a really convenient time, on a Sunday, to start the process and he too was a really nice guy and made me confident that they will sort out the problem for me. He is returning after 2 weeks to do another inspection. I highly recommend this company and these guys.

Was forwarded to this company after a pesky mouse in our flat. We had discovered this in the evening and were concerned about whether we can arrive late. Marley had arrived on time (11:15pm), was able to locate the mouse quickly and efficiently) and managed to provide advice on entry points. I was given a second appointment to discuss the strategy on how to prevent pests in the future. Overall, an excellent service provided.

I couldn't recommend Marley highly enough. After finding mice droppings in our new home, I looked online and found great reviews for these guys. Marley came the next day, thoroughly searched the house, from under the kitchen kick boards all the way to the loft and was able to quickly identify where the problem was. He then discussed possible treatment options with me considering my children & dog and was very knowledgeable on what's most effective to suit the behaviours of house mice. He came out for a second visit to top up the bait and the mice are now gone much quicker than expected! Thanky
