We have heard noises in the loft and suspected that we had mice. Phil came to assess the situation. He confirmed that indeed there were mice. He explained the issues with terrace houses and told us what to do. He is honest, knowledgeable and professional. We can definitely recommend him.

Phil responded quickly when I called about a mice infestation. He knows his stuff. He was very professional and helpful, found and covered the vent broken by the gardeners and helped me set up the mice trap.

It’s simply not often that you get this excellent level of service. Phil is 110% professional, courteous, totally knowledgeable and he is prepared to go the extra mile. His advice, guidance and fixing the problem at root cause was so much better than the large corporate pest companies. Phil wanted to permanently fix the issue and not implement workarounds. I rang Phil at 8am after hearing scuttling and scratching in my loft, he turned up to have a look for me at 10:30am. A lovely guy who took his shoes off when entering my home and was friendly and honest. He went into the loft and found the issue, he advised what we could do to prevent this happening and was really thorough. Would highly recommend Phil the pest controller .
