Super responsive, incredibly helpful, and always ready to explain each stage of the process in clear, simple terms. They broke down the legal jargon, guided us through the timescales, and made everything feel straightforward and stress‑free. We felt completely reassured throughout, with regular updates at every step. The pricing was very reasonable too, which was a huge bonus. Job location: GU3Lee and his team were absolutely amazing in helping us getting our party wall agreement award. This was our first ever project and our neighbour completely refused the build with a passion making it very difficult for us to move along with the project. Lee and his team were absolutely amazing throughout the whole, giving us reassurance that the issues can be resolved. Given that we were also recommended to use Lee as our party wall surveyor and the positive outcome he achieved, we would absolutely recommend their services to anyone else.10 Great communicatio
