    Lee helped us with our Party Wall Notice and subsequent Award for our loft conversion, he was really helpful in clarifying anything we needed and really good value for money. Our adjoining neighbours also had a really good experience with him and were able to ask impartial advice.

    Rear and Side Extension Party Wall Award

    We are doing a rear and side extension and needed assistance with a neighbour. Dealing with Lee from the outset was a pleasure, these guys are super organized, prompt and efficient. Lee explained everything in detail, always took my calls and was incredibly patient and helpful in getting everything to a position where now we can actually start our build and have piece of mind.
