We contacted Lee during the planning stage of our semi detached house extension. The Party Wall agreement process wasn’t very clear to us and when we discussed with our neighbour, neither of us understood what was needed. Lee took the time to explain the process to us fully and how it all would work. We requested quite a tight timeframe which Lee was able to meet. Throughout the process Lee was informative and professional. A quick check on Chat GPT suggested that his rates were in line with what we should expect for the work carried out.
