Communication relating to the job beforehand was excellent and the arranged work was completed brilliantly- both efficiently and quickly. Plus belying the pessimism of other tradesmen I contacted, Ohm Gura was happy to try to repair our Bluetooth garden parasol, and succeeded. Not writing off this before looking.
