    Sandstone clean

    Roof cleaning.

    Excellent work carried out by the ‘two John’s’ to clear all the moss on my roof. The roof was in a state with so much moss, but they managed to clear it all and treated the tiles. They also cleaned all the gutters and plastic. The house has had a complete facelift. Many thanks for all your hard work.

    Roof moss removal

    The two John's from The Moss Man Ltd manually scraped all the moss off my house roof and then sprayed it with a biocide chemical. They worked no-stop and have done an excellent job. All the mess created was cleaned up as they went along. It was a real pleasure to deal with them both.

    Very satisfied with the driveway cleaning

    We were canvassed by several companies wanting to clean our block paving but none of them inspired confidence in their reliabilty or competence. We were recommended to contact The Moss Man by neighbours. They promptly arrived and did a pre treatment to kill weeds and followed that with a complete clean of all the paving, no mess and no jetwashing. Their representative, Cam, worked hard for three hours even getting down on his hands and knees to tackle stubborn areas. We are very happy with the finished result and are the envy of our neighbours.

Established in 2016, we are a local, family run business operating throughout Lincolnshire. We pride ourselves on being a reliable, professional, and most importantly, quality service.

We specialise in the cleaning of roofs and driveways using methods fine-tuned through years of practice. We have also added gutter cleaning to our list of services.

Our Services:

Driveway Cleaning & Maintenance We use specialised machines to remove the moss and weeds. We then treat the area with chemicals to clean the blocks. Depending on the type of block/paving we are cleaning we will use the most appropriate chemical. We do not stop here; we return every 3 months to keep the driveway/patio area maintained for only a fraction of the price. This keeps the driveway clear all year round! We never pressure wash.

Roof Cleaning, we offer a moss removal and then biocide treatment service. We have cleaned roofs using a host of different chemicals in the past thus finding the ones that give the best results. We offer a retreatment programme to ensure that the roof never has any moss or lichen growth again.

Gutter Cleaning & uPVC Clean Using the latest gutter vac technology we clear out the gutters from the floor. We also offer an option to have the uPVC plastics around the house cleaned. We can add you to our annual/bi-annual programme to clean the gutters so you don’t have to worry about them being blocked ever again. We also do emergency callouts after a storm or some particularly bad weather.
