A fab experience. Really quick communication, quote and agreement of price and come out a few days later! It was a big job and the one of the hottest days of the year and Dennis did an amazing job, and educated me about the condition of the carpets and things I can do to keep them fresh. Very polite and friendly, would definitely recommend to anyone. Couldn’t fault in anyway!

Found this guy in my checkatrade leaflet and after reading the reviews sent him an email to request a quote and find out how soon he could do the job. He responded very quickly and agreed to come out the following day on his day off. He turned up at the time arranged and fully explained the process and treatment required and throughout this time he was pleasant courteous and professional. The job was finished within the hour - highly recommended.
