  The London Sash Window Company refurbished old sash windows and replaced ironmongery. The joinery and attention to detail was superb.

  Installation of timber windows and patio doors

  The installer was punctual, pleasant, a hard worker and knew what he was doing. He did a great job and, moreover, cleaned up very well when he had finished. There were issues with a couple of the small windows: the glass of one did not arrive in time for the start of the job; and another was installed as a fixed window when it should have been openable. None of this was the installer's fault and both issues were made good by the end date of the job. All in all, I am happy with the job done and would use The London Sash Window Company again.

  Replacing one sash window and repairing the frame of another.

  This is the second time we have used London Sash Windows and we would not hesitate to recommend them. Their communication and management of the project is exemplary and the whole team is professional and responsive. The quality of the work is also top notch. This was a relatively small job, replacing the sashes into an existing frame in our bathroom and repairing the rotting frame of a bay window which was a fiddly job which they did beautifully.

  Installing two new sash windows

  This was the second time we have used The London Sash Window Company. On each occasion they have been brilliant. The second job had some tricky access issues, which were dealt with in a very professional manner. The fitters, Costin and Valentin, did a superb job and were exceptionally tidy, considerate and friendly. I would thoroughly recommend The London Sash Window Company.

  Replacement of new timber window sashes into existing frame

  We replaced four existing single glazed timber sash windows for double glazed timber sashes matching all aspects of original details. The experience was positive from start to finish, we felt well informed at all times, they also dealt with the planning application with the Council and kept us informed of the process. The fitters were very professional and friendly, they did a great job, very efficient and tidy. We are very pleased with the new windows and would definitely recommend the London Sash Window company services. Excellent job!
