I recently moved into a house with a fireplace and, as a first-time wood-burning stove owner, I wanted to make sure everything was in good working order. Chris was absolutely brilliant—extremely personable, knowledgeable, and possibly left the house even cleaner than he found it! He took the time to answer all my questions, which I really appreciated as a newcomer to fireplace maintenance. It’s such a pleasure to come across a company that truly knocks it out of the park. Highly recommend!

Chris attended on time and was courteous and very professional. Considering the amount of soot and dust generated by the process, the flat was spotless and he was incredibly careful not to leave any mess. He explained everything to me and advised on using an open fire and things to look out for which could indicate problems. Great service, will definitely use this company again

The company was very easy to deal with. The office staff were polite, friendly and efficient and the chimney sweep was the same. I would recommend this company.
