fantastic communication from start to end. my job moved forward a day and this was fully communicated with me. they turned up exactly when they said the would for both the works and initial survey. great price and couldn't be happier with the end result. they also took the time to show me how my new hatch and ladder system worked before leaving. would definitely recommend.

Excellent communication from start. Both job quote and date for work arranged quickly and within a great timescale. Two extremely polite and professional lads arrived on time and quickly got to work, job finished in a few hours, to a very high standard. We now have a great area for easy storage. Everything tidied and I was shown how the loft ladders work. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again

Great experience with the loft men from first call - quoted quickly and then approx 2 weeks to job completion - Luca came to fit and was a lovely polite guy. Sheeted up and hoovered up at end. Explained all instructions on ladder operation

Excellent all round service from The Loft Men. Ben kept us informed of changes in times even though it was only half an hour difference. The two lads that did the work were punctual, very polite, friendly and professional. The finished work was of a high standard too. Very pleased. Won’t hesitate to use again.
