Job location: EN11George came to us back in June and removed our old insulation, replaced with new, along with a new loft ladder installed. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. He was punctual, clean, and incredibly professional throughout. What really stood out was how honest and trustworthy he was. There was no pressure to go for the most expensive options. Instead, he explained everything clearly, giving us detailed choices in different price brackets so we could decide what suited us best.
