Straight away I knew we would use Kenny for this job. He was so knowledgeable and understanding and made me feel very at ease about the whole thing. He was polite, tidy and kept in touch through the day to let me know times and how it was doing. Would definitely recommend him.

Kenny did a marvellous job in a very tight and awkward space. He was very thorough and showed great attention to detail. He was also a great communicator, polite, very personable, prompt, courteous, hard working, tidy, very respectful of my house - He used dust sheets, but still cleared up after himself. And he was also very kind to my dog and was very careful that he didn't escape. I cannot recommend Kenny highly enough. I'm so glad I chose him. We had a great service from Kenny, from the initial interest and quote though the planning to an incredibly thoughtful fitting. At every stage he took great steps to keep us informed, explain the process, and give us options to get the best value and approach for our specific situation. He carried out the work exactly as we asked, and to a very high standard throughout, as well as explaining how additional work could be done to increase the boarding or change the loft hatch if needed. We couldn't be happier with the service :-)

Kenny was great. Had a thorough look at the job before quoting (unlike the national Company who came and looked for 30 Seconds and then quoted twice as much). He was considerate, reliable and did a great job. Helped find ways to reduce the price ie re-using and re-laying existing insulation and reducing the area to be boarded which still gives me tons of space. Very happy with the job.
