10 Broken lock

I broke my lock in the early hours of Sunday morning and was of course in a massive panic about what to do and who to call. I then thought I would Google for a locksmith however my brain kept telling me I’m going to get swindled as it was a beautiful Sunday morning in the school holidays and there’s no chance anyone is going to be willing to come out to me for less than £100 however I needed to try anyway. So I called up the lock whisperer and from the word hello they were polite and friendly, they got to me within the hour and fixed my lock in 10 minutes and reinstalled it for me as well!Verified reviewerJob location: PE2110 3 door locks changed

We arranged the appointment for the fitting of the locks with ease, and was given exceptional knowledge of what was our best product for the job. Colin & Ana are so pleasant to deal with and took care of our doors and also cleaned up after themselves which was delightful. I cannot rate Colin & Anna highly enough! They came out to rescue me in my hour of need this evening, after I returned home & found, to my utter horror, I was unable to unlock the front door to my flat. They came out on their day off and spent over 2 hours getting the door functional & working and they made sure it was doing its job before leaving for home. They were so very friendly, caring and highly professional. I felt like they genuinely cared for my safety & security. I highly recommend this business. Job location: PE12Called The Lock Whisperer to sort out our door lock, booked a time slot and they arrived spot on time ,Colin and Ana were very polite and very professional, replaced the old lock and also gave very useful advice 5 star service.
