From my first phone conversation with Jacques, through the on site planning and completion of the kitchen refit I was very impressed with his knowledge and the quality of his work. His helpful suggestions, including widening an existing archway and which type of integrated appliance to use, were most useful. He was punctual, a good communicator and a tidy, quiet tradesman. His multi skilled abilities enabled my vision to be turned into reality in less than 2 weeks.

Jacques was amazing! He is so experienced and knew all the issues that we would face and called them out before so that we could make the right decision to prevent the issue happening. His quality of work is exceptional, cannot fault it. His communication was perfect and he worked with us to ensure he was there when other related trade guys had finished, always keeping to his committed timetable.

Jacques stands apart from other tradespeople that I have encountered - his workmanship is of the highest quality; he is multi skilled and qualified, so he can do electrical fitting, gas fitting, plumbing, plastering as well as installing kitchens; his attention to detail is outstanding; his commitment to customer service is second to none and he is so easy to work with.
