Excellent in every aspect

The locksmith came to fit an alarm ringer but whist he was here he noticed my back door lock was not antisnap and could be easily broken. I really appreciated his advice and was able to sort it out myself and fit a better lock with some text support from the locksmith. The advice, link and text support was so helpful and was given after he had finished the paid work. I was really grateful.

Collin was excellent. I had a faulty lock (installed by someone else) that left me with an open door not being able to lock. Collin was able to come ahead of schedule, and with patience and precision I now have a new lock. Thank you

We had had two locksmiths out who could not get the door open via our insurance company. When we found out we had to sort it ourselves we found Colin on Checkatrade. He is a really nice gentleman and managed to do a temporary mend using materials from another of our doors. He then went away and sourced the parts needed and these have been fitted today. Perfect. In this day and age it can be a bit daunting having tradespeople in your house but that is not a worry with this very professional worker. Would certainly recommend.
