They built us a beautiful new "HUP" build kitchen extension that has completely transformed our home, not just in terms of space, but in how we live day to day. Warning – Avoid This Company We trusted this company with our life savings for a planning application — they assured us it was viable, but it later became clear they knew it wouldn’t meet regulations. After taking our money, they claimed the company had gone into liquidation, leaving us unable to recover our deposit. Shockingly, they then offered to continue the project through another company, which we discovered has the same director. Ken Rhodes team worked incredibly hard on a tricky job installing new doors at my property. We’re on the third floor, and it was an extremely hot day, but they still did a stellar job. From the initial quote to the final clean-up, the company was professional, courteous, and thorough. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality workmanship and reliable service!

I recently had French doors and windows installed by Ken Rhodes Group and couldn’t be happier. Jordan, Phil, and Jane provided excellent customer service, and the team was a pleasure to work with. Martin and Alan’s craftsmanship was outstanding—the ornamental brick façade they built above the doors blends beautifully with my Georgian home. Nick, his son, Harry, and Laurence ensured the installation and finishing touches were spot on. Even when challenges arose, the company was fair, professional, and reasonable. Highly recommend!

Initial contact and quote was handled very well, quickly and without the hardsell you get from some other businesses. I went with Ken Rhodes as it is a family business and I could see by other recommendations that they would do the job without fuss. Extra work to rectify a previous poor installation of bi-folds was also properly surveyed and at a fair price. Installation team took care of the property, removed the bi-folds and installed the beautiful new sliding doors that offer so much more light. I'm very happy with their service and the price.
