When the job was briefed to Davide, he was confident in the method he was going to deliver. And indeed the work was carried out as explained. Communication was excellent and punctual. Davide not only communicated with me as the landlady but also with my tenant, to find mutually convenient times. Davide performed a thorough job and left the place clean and tidy, plus he provided the required materials.

Great service, very available and professional

I run a small Property management company and i’ve been using Davide for some property maintenance work, including: Carpentry, plumbing, redecorating and gardening Davide and his team were punctual, professional, and completed the tasks to a high standard. The quality of the work was excellent, and they were efficient and respectful of the property. My flat walls were in a terrible condition with cracks, holes. I had a few quotes before and most didn't want to do the job or quoted ridiculously high prices. Davide took it on and done a great job. I was very happy. I knew the job is hard and price will be higher but I was also after good finish and I got all of that. Davide was cleaning after himself throughout and I was very happy about that too. Walls look amazing. I am really greatful for the job he’s done and the effort he put.
