Jak and his colleague Ben have just finished insulting our loft and putting in elevated flooring above the additional insulation. They first had to remove well entrenched existing flooring and then add it. It took three days, and they were clean, efficient and polite, offering photos and clear communication about their work. Jak even pointed out some of my existing insulation was of good quality and that he could therefore reduce the amount of insulation I needed (and the cost). Overall I was very pleased with their work and attitude.
