10 Great work, well priced and very honest

Honest the builder was brilliant, very quick to get booked in, did a great job of repointing with specialist lime on the chimney and when we found an unsafe RSJ that should have been holding the kitchen roof up he was there in no time and made it safe. Very clean and tidy, obviously take pride in his work and very well priced. The job required careful matching of bricks and mortar, and fine workmanship, to fill in a hole that had been made in our conservatory wall. Darren did it so beautifully that I now enjoy challenging visitors to spot where the work was done. He did everything to the highest standard from discussing the job with me before he started, arriving when he said he would and cleaning up afterwards. And all for a fair price. I was recommended the honest builder by a friend and I have to say I am glad they did ! Darren was brilliant and provided a quote a week before carrying out work and turned up on time and done a fantastic job , he also included video of the work he carried out at each stage and kept the site spotless. The work was handled faultlessly in every way. Communication with us was timely and accurate. The subcontractors (scaffolders and roofers) were well managed (including insistence that a roofer was used to replace broken roof tiles that the scaffolders refused to do before the scaffolding was removed). The quality and speed of the work was impressive. Darren took great care to test the mortar choices to make sure the work blended in with the rest of the house. We have built a good relationship with the local Lime Centre and can professionally repoint your property to English Heritage approved standards in either a lime mix or sand and cement dependant on requirements. Scaffolding is arranged as necessary and everything is left clean and tidy.
Over 2,000 conservatory bases built for happy customers. You supply the conservatory and we can build a base to specifications provided.
