Hive were really good to deal with from the start - my initial inquiry was answered quickly and the survey was thorough and informative. Stuart and Josh carried out the work to resolve two damp areas in my Victorian semi - they arrived at the time promised, were considerate and tidy, finished within the estimated time and cleaned up after themselves.

From the moment I met with Johnathan and his team I knew I had made the right choice in going with them. No hard sell, no pressure to choose their quote, telling me what needed doing and how long it would take. The two guys that turned up Monday morning were right on time, as stated. Two great guys who informed me again on what needed doing and cracked right on. They informed me everyday what they had done and what was to be done the next day.
