We had many walls on the ground floor of our Edwardian property damp proofed by Hive. Jonathan was exceptional in his communication. He explained the process very clearly and was very easy to contact throughout. The team arrived early and worked efficiently and respectfully. I would definitely recommend Hive.

We had a rising damp issue in our front room and from the very first survey I felt at ease and sure this was the right company for us- the assessment was thorough and I was given detailed information about what the problems were and what steps would need to be taken to fix the issue. The guys who came to carry out the job were so friendly and professional and were extremely considerate ensuring that they kept everything as clean as possible during the work and left everywhere spotless once all the work had been completed! I had used Hive Efficiency for damp proof treatment in the past, the work carried out was excellent so when i needed further work doing i had no hesitation in calling them again. As before, the work was assessed and quoted for very quickly and efficiently. The guys that turned up did a great job, explaining the processes as the work progressed.
