    Really pleased with the quality of the work done (hanging multiple rows of pictures and a large mirror). Josh was polite and communicated clearly in advance and on the day. He carried out the work professionally, efficiently and has saved a lot of time and hassle, thank you!

    Fixing/Adjusting Bathroom Door Locks

    My bathroom door and ensuite door locks were not fitting correctly I contacted Josh through CheckaTrade, after reading his excellent reviews. They was especially important as I would not be present when the work was undertaken. Josh was quick to respond following my initial enquiry, he was able to do the work in good time and his quote was reasonable. He attended the house as arranged and kept me up to date with the work and requirements via WhatsApp and recorded video. I would definitely recommend Josh and I would have no hesitation in contacting him for jobs should they arise in the future.

    This is the third or fourth time we've had josh help us, being able to rely and trust the people you work with makes a big difference. After several not so good experiences with other trademan Josh really shows how good tradesman carry out their work. Punctual, polite, listens to your needs and delivers top work. Highly recommend

Hi, my name is Josh. 15 years ago I put my career as a structural engineer on hold to renovate what was to be a series of properties for rental and sale.


During this time, I learnt a unique set of skills and knowledge to help others in all aspects of property maintenance.


From fixing a tap to bespoke built-in shelves or talking through options to prepare a property for rental or sale, I enjoy working with my clients.


I pride myself on being polite and reliable, respect for someone's home being core to how i work.


I also have experience working in tenanted properties and with vulnerable customers, always making sure to communicate clearly.
