Hi, my name is Josh. 15 years ago I put my career as a structural engineer on hold to renovate what was to be a series of properties for rental and sale. During this time, I learnt a unique set of skills and knowledge to help others in all aspects of property maintenance. From fixing a tap to bespoke built-in shelves or talking through options to prepare a property for rental or sale, I enjoy working with my clients.
I pride myself on being polite and reliable, respect for someone's home being core to how i work. I also have experience working in tenanted properties and with vulnerable customers, always making sure to communicate clearly.
